This week we have a couple new construction and great view homes along with some enticing price reductions. We have seen a little slow down in the market the last month and have been seeing a few more new listings compared to pending sales on a daily basis. While this is giving buyers a little more power than they had in the spring, it is still a fast paced market for well priced homes. It is interesting to see the market split when homes are priced right and sell and others sit even when priced just a little bit too high. If you are selling, make sure you don’t price so high as to turn off buyers. However, if you are buying and we are representing you, we are not bashful about fighting for a price we believe is fair and can be backed up. Regardless of what side you are on, the right agent can impact your outcome.
