As we head into the last weeks of 2017 there is a noticeable slow down of new listings in an already tight market. In the last seven days, from Point Loma to Solana Beach (6 coastal zip codes) there have only been 19 homes listed and 23 condos/townhomes. This is from the $400K to $12M range so people looking in a typical range are only seeing about 1-3 new options per week and some of these are repeats/re-lists….but usually at better prices like the Starlight house below.
