8AM: Brockton Villa
What better way to start off your La Jolla getaway than having breakfast with an oceanfront view. 9AM: La Jolla Coast Walk
After enjoying a wonderful meal at Brockton Villa, take the time to see the ocean as close as possible. You can walk for hours along La Jolla’s seven mile coastline and get lost in the view. Right next to the coastline by Brockton Villa is Scripps Park. This park is a perfect compliment to the beach, so much so that it is turning into a popular spot for wedding ceremonies. Just like the beach, Scripps Park offers many opportunities for pictures that will last a lifetime.
12PM: Pizza Pronto
Located right near the shopping district of La Jolla is the much celebrated restaurant Pizza Pronto. Freshness is the key, and all of their menu items are made with that mantra in mind. Choose from the variety of pizza, hot sandwiches, or the fresh and crisp salad menu.

2PM: The Wall Street Plaza Shopping District
Between Pearl Street and Prospect Street you’ll find the majority of shopping that La Jolla has to offer in the Wall Street Plaza Shopping District. Here you will find all sorts of items, from the high fashion couture all the way down to comfortably familiar. La Jolla is home to the most luxurious brands as well as the everyday shoppers’ needs. 6:30PM: George’s At The Cove
Found just a few blocks from where you started your day is Georges’s At The Cove. The locals call George’s At The Cove “La Jolla on a plate.” It is a AAA Four Diamond award-winning establishment, that will help you along your culinary journey. This fine dining experience is unlike any other that you will find in La Jolla. 8 AM: Goldfish Point Café
The hidden treasure of the locals is Goldfish Point Café. A few block from Scripps Park on Coast Blvd, is where you will find this gem. 11 AM: La Jolla Underwater Park
To add something different to your life, try a park that is not your typical park. Just east of Scripps Park is La Jolla Cove, a small beach with a foothold between the surrounding cliffs. Beach goers looking to get away from the surfboards and boat noise love La Jolla Cove because there are rules prohibiting such items. 3PM: Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego
After a long weekend, kick back and enjoy all the art and history that the museum can offer. Museum collections include more than 4,000 works created after 1950, using a variety of mediums. Among the most inspirational pieces of the museum collection are minimalism and Pop Art of the 1960’s and 1970’s.
