|We tend to see a slow down in new listings this time of year and you can see that each area is only getting few new homes per day. If this continues we could see another flurry of sales in the spring again unless something derails the market in the meantime which we don’t anticipate. The economy seems to be strong and moving forward but I would say the consensus is people are cautiously optimistic. Buyers are there at fair prices but willing to walk unless the value is there.

Ridgegate – This is one of the best floorplans in Ridgegate and a move in ready home at the top of the development. It isn’t a brand new listing but a substantial price reduction and the seller is motivated.

Beach Barber Tract – This is a classic beach cottage on the edge of the Village but walking distance to the water. These little entry level cottages are increasingly rare and tend to have a little more upside than a condo at the same price.

La Jolla Alta – This hits a lot of hot buttons: Price, location, view, single story. Could use some updating unless you have a penchant for nostalgia. In that case, it’s move in ready!

Pacifica – Pacific Beach – This price point in the Pacific Beach zip code always sells fast.
