This is probably the best time of the year to be a buyer in San Diego.  We have seen some good price reductions and motivated sellers.

It is a great 2nd home or vacation rental with upside on a build out/rebuild.  Currently used as a vacation rental it does very well.

This is an incredible 4 unit investment property in Pacific Beach all with large two bedroom units and garages.  Gross rents are $130,000 and could be bumped up another $10K.  With the housing shortage in San Diego, this is great long term investment.
