San Diego Coastal Market Moving Fast

We are past the lull from holidays and the market is moving FAST.  Of all new listings in the last 60 days of pending (homes in escrow) and closed sales from Point Loma to Solana Beach there are 90 pending sales with an average of 15 days on the market.  There are 27 closed sales with an average of only 10 days on the market.  If you are looking to buy – have a plan and be on top of it.  If you are selling and priced right it will sell.
