We have seen a little increase in new listings and a bit of a slow down in sales as we head into the back half of summer. The over $4 million price range is softer and more favorable for buyers. We picked out 8 new listings this week in the stronger/faster price ranges in La Jolla and Pacific Beach. These are homes we would expect to see sell in 2-3 weeks if not faster.
