Del Mar, CA Real Estate & Homes For Sale | 92014 | LaJollaAgent.com

Del Mar is a coastal city within San Diego county and has a residential population of approximately 4,000. However the area is popular for tourists and local travelers.

Del Mar is a very established and desirable community with the main village on Camino Del Mar & 14th St by the L’Auberge Hotel, restaurants, shops and great views. There is much less to choose from but still a very viable market to consider. East of the freeway within the Del Mar zip code is a new tract development feel. West of the freeway, there is Olde Del Mar which is known for the windy woodsy feel. West of Camino Del Mar is a more beachy feel since most of those homes are no more than 2 blocks from the water.
