La Jolla Information
La Jolla is recognized all over the world as one of the most prestigious places to live in California and it’s one of the most  desirable zip codes in San Diego County. It is a larger zip code so there are a variety of distinct neighborhoods with different terrains and styles of architecture.

La Jolla also has a larger commercial area in the “village” or downtown, known for the shopping and restaurants. The Village of La Jolla, The Shores and Birdrock have to meet the demand of the local residents and tourists. You will see that the walkability scores in these areas are higher.
For areas closer to the water that have views or are walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars or at least very close by.
